Good Morning Apocalypse presents Dinner & Show

COAL PATROL: A Christmas Comedy Revue

Fri · November 24, 2017

Doors: 6:30 pm / Show: 7:00 pm

$35.00 - $65.00

This December, enjoy a seasonal buffet dinner as you sit back and enjoy the award-winning comedy troupe Good Morning Apocalypse at the Midland Cultural Centre, as they perform their brand-new adult-themed Christmas comedy revue: Coal Patrol (dinner and a show).

Leave the little ones at home with visions of sugarplums dancing in their head, because there’s stuff in this show that will put anyone in the Naughty List. From a Batman hellbent on stopping kids from singing “Jingle Bells, Batman Smells,” to the moment that Rudolph finally snaps from all the insults and abuse, to the production problems at the Red Ryder BB Gun Factory, every character in this comedy revue is poised to get a lump of the black stuff in their stocking this holiday. Forget Red and Green.. This Christmas, we’re getting Back in Black!

Dinner at 7:00 pm, Show starts at 8:00pm

CORPORATE/ GROUP RATES AVAILABLE ONLY THROUGH THE MCC BOX OFFICE.

Good Morning Apocalypse is a sketch comedy collective from Midland and Penetanguishene.

Founded in 2015, they have produced sketch and improv shows across Ontario, as well as radio plays, (“Silent Heist”) murder mysteries, (“Murder at the Seven Sins”) and web shorts, such as their recently completed short “The Beast,” which was awarded “Best Acting Ensemble” in the 72 Hour Horror Film Race hosted by filmracing.com.

They performed most recently in Toronto for The Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival, where they played to sold-out theatres across the city, and for the Toronto Fringe Festival, where their apocalyptic revue “13 Ways the World Ends” was chosen as a “Patron’s Pick.”
